Dear Justin,

The office was installed in my garden by Liam and Paddy yesterday and looks fantastic. I am really pleased with the outcome. One of the blinds came slightly damaged but Liam put it up and said that it will be possible to either repair it or switch it over when you next have someone in the area.

I wanted to say how incredibly hard Liam and Paddy worked non stop until they finished and that they have done such a good job. The lorry driver who delivered the pallets was so friendly and talked enthusiastically about the offices and seemed to know a lot about the various uses that other customers have put them to. The design and product is excellent. I think that some of my friends and family are going to want one of your offices when they see it. I am happy to go on your list if anyone wants to see a garden office locally as I know that is how you operate as well as your factory showroom. It was a bit of a ‘leap of faith’ for me to proceed without seeing the office first but I am not disappointed. The whole experience from start to finish has been such a positive one and I wanted to say ‘thank you’.

I am chasing the planners about the office for my work car park. I am certain that the decision will be positive. I believe that I will have a decision by mid -September. Justin mentioned setting a provisional date for installation. Can we get that sorted? The Studio is going to assist us trading so it is very important. It will be seen by a lot of people locally and we are going to advertise it as our pod for meetings and put it on our website . I think that it has the potential to create a lot of good will and possibly generate enquiries for you -although I know that you are already super busy.
