2. Your QCB GARDEN OFFICE has 90mm of top class ecotherm insulation in the floor, walls and roof.
When I look at other suppliers websites they avoid talking about the thickness of the insulation they use. I emailed one supplier and they said they only use 50mm of rockwool and their garden room was more expensive than the QCB. If you are looking at other suppliers, make sure you ask how thick their insulation is.
3. Your QCB garden office can have full length windows across all of its frontage. Suppliers often reduce the amount of windows on a garden office because windows are expensive – we however don’t.
4. YOUR QCB GARDEN OFFICE HAS “A” RATED DOUBLE GLAZING EQUIVALENT TO TRIPLE GLAZING.
The “A” rating is the highest rating for double glazing – you can’t get a higher spec window.
5. THE EXPENSE OF A CONCRETE FOUNDATION IS NOT REQUIRED.
Your QCB garden office has adjustable concrete feet which means you avoid the cost and inconvenience of having to install a very polluting concrete base.
This also means if you move home you can easily take your QCB with you to a new site, even if the new garden has a slope.
Your QCB can also be easily installed on an existing concrete base.
6. YOUR QCB GARDEN OFFICE IS PORTABLE
This means if you move home you can take your asset with you, or if your circumstances change, you can sell it on to a third party – there is huge demand for our second hand garden studios.
