Ecotherm insulation consists of a 9cm polyisocyanurate (PIR) core, with an aluminium foil coating on the top and bottom.

It is extremely dense and is the most efficient way of providing effective insulation, to keep your garden office warm in the winter and cool in the summer. 

Do note that if your garden windows are south facing and receive full sunshine in the summer it is advisable to install an air conditioning unit for its cooling feature. If your garden office windows are facing north, then you probably won’t need the cooling aspect of an air conditioner.
