Absolutely Superb Garden Office

foreign here we are that's Jeremy and uh good afternoon yeah it's very good of you to let us have a look at your studio you're a pleasure your financial advisor is that right I am indeed yes yeah and uh how's the studio going uh absolutely superb it's um uh is a superb unit um well I shouldn't call it a unit it's a studio to give it his proper name in it it's uh uh and wherever you working you were working in the house before uh I was yes so what made you come is it because you've got so many children uh yeah I mean it may need to do with uh it's nice to get the office out of the house but uh main reason being distractions more than anything else at least now uh you know my work environment is outside of the house right uh in the studio so uh so if you're taking a phone call yes it's it's quiet it is indeed and I can lock the door so uh that's fine right it's completely private and confidential so yeah yes and how long have you been a financial advisor uh oh for many years for getting on for 30 years now really so yeah a long time yeah and and it's worked for you this environment yes very much so yeah I'm absolutely delighted but uh I made the move out of the house and and into here so much so that you talk to your friend did the one as well another Jeremy yes I understand he's equally impressed yeah it was all for the same reasons as well so yeah and so you were just saying the furniture you've put in here that's from that furniture magazine that you were it was from furniture at work yeah at work because it looks really smart yeah and it was it wasn't that expensive very reasonable price yeah yeah delighted with it works well lovely okay that's brilliant thanks Jeremy

I'm here with Alex and uh this is a garden studio for a financial advisor Alex yeah it's a 15t by 9 foot garden studio in Gold ding as how you say uh which is our most popular size so Jeremy has got the studio offers and put the decking in he's made a fantastic job yeah he's landscaped all the garden now hasn't he because when when the guys were building the studio wasn't it uh fairly Barren or yeah it was quite a different Garden it had all pagas and it was different look but we built the garden studio and then so he's he's basically landscaped up to the studio because I noce the deckings nice and flush yeah yeah it all works so is that was that deliberate or is that just well all this stone work was here all this brick work was here so uh I came along and measured this one and then we measured it from the the garage you can see there to fit within and and it it just sits in there perfect fitted really well yeah but like you say this is our most popular size 15 by9 our most popular color green and Oak yeah okay that's great thank you for that

so you've just mentioned the AC there Alex because the external unit doesn't always have to go directly where no with the external unit if you if you walk around here you see on the back wall is the the AC is in there there internal wall so it's more or less in the center of this 15 by9 yeah so they would supply enough pipe to take it to a certain uh position within the within the garden one of the things about an external AC unit it's not that attractive so what we've got here I don't know if you can see the pipe so coming around so we extended the pipe work all the way around all right so that's that double thick black pipe y right then H so it goes all the way around the shed yeah so the external unit here wow so that's quite a distance away then isn't it see it's it's got plenty of room to work it's away from the studio it's not an eyesa it doesn't have to be as close to the studio as a lot of people realize yeah that's great thank you
