15' x 12' (4550mm x 3640mm) QC6 Garden Office Used For Psychotherapy
Alex and I visited Emma's 15' x 12' QC6 Garden office which she uses for her clients as a psychotherapist.
The cost of Emma's garden room was circa £29k which included the groundworks and all the extras.

Emma wanted her garden office to be completely independent of her house so she had a toilet and kitchen installed.

This photo shows the fanlight window which Emma wanted for her garden office toilet cubicle. You can also see the extractor fan outlet which is a legal requirement in any toilet. Also, note the little black box at the bottom of the photo where the armoured mains cable is wired in, to supply electric for the garden office...
Emma also had 2 outside "up/down" pillar lights installed with PIR movement sensors so that when approaching her garden office, they would light her way...
Emma also had 3 flyover roof downlights installed in her garden room...
and she hid her external air conditioning unit on the left side of her garden office so that it wasn't generally in view...
