This is the opening ceromony for a 21' x 9' (6370mm x 2730mm) LoLine QC Studio at The Clement James Centre in London.  The centre uses the Studio so much that they are looking to get another one.

This is a full view of the Clement James Centre Garden Studio. 2 of the windows have their blinds down. 

This 24' x 12' (7280mm x 3640mm) LoLine QC Artist Garden Studio. It features a 6' x 6' (1820mm x 1820mm) large "Picture Window" for a better view out from the Studio interior as well as 2 doors and a Flyover Roof.

This is a 12' x 6' (3640mm x 1820mm) LoLine QC VF Garden Studio which we displayed at the Grand Designs Show. Note the "Smarta" award banner in the window. Deborah Meaden was on the panel that gave Booths Garden Studios the award for innovation within the garden room industry.

"Our garden studio has been a real delight to us and the only problem we have encountered is the staggering number of people who stop and stare at it (and us, like goldfish in a bowl!!) when they walk past on the towpath opposite. Phrases like “that’s the summerhouse I was telling you about” or “what a place to sit”, often drift across the canal!" says Richard - the owner of this 12' x 9' (3640mm x 2730mm) LoLine QC VF Garden Studio. 

Richard's studio has the Flyover Roof on the narrower 9' (2730mm) side as it fitted in his garden better that way. The Flyover Roof can actually go on all four sides if required.

The gravel roof topping is free with every garden studio and looks far nicer than just the epdm rubber below it. It's maintenance free and helps reduce noise from rainfall within your garden studio. It also adds to the insulation of your garden studio roof.
