Debbie bought the annexe for her Mum without actually seeing it before buying.

This L Shape Annexe is 24' x 8' with a 12' x 8' extension.

It's one of our most popular annexes.

This annexe has "Oak" UPVC windows with "Oak" steel corners and fascia complemented by the Green contrasting exterior walls.

 

Like all of our garden rooms, the steel exterior means it does not require painting or staining.

 

As discussed in the videos, we are transporting the annexe to the Wirral very soon so I will be in touch once we see it in it's new home:-)
