Originally, Jolanta was looking at her Mum living in the Annexe, but once Jolantas son saw the Annexe, he wanted to live in it with Jolanta.

Jolantas annexe was installed under permitted development via the caravan act which is generally more straight forward than a full planning permission application. She discusses this with me here...

The L Shape costs £70,000 including the groundworks (getting power and water to your Annexe and getting rid of waste from your bathroom and kitchen) heating via air conditioning, delivery up to 100 miles, full installation and VAT. All completed in 3 days - weather permitting.
