L Shape Garden Annexe Installed In Luton

Alex and I visited Maria's L shape garden annexe where she very kindly let us have a look around.

 

This photo is of the main living area where Maria has put a day bed...

Alex and I asked Maria about her garden annexe in this first video...

We then discussed the Flyover Roof which Maria had built in front of her main door to keep her dry on rainy days:

After we'd chatted with Maria, Alex gave me a quick tour of the whole garden annexe in this video:

Then just before we left, I asked Maria how she gets on with her air conditioning units.

She has one in her living room and one in her bedroom as well as a small heater in her bathroom.

As they air conditioning units are up at head height, they don't take up any floor space in the annexe.
