Hi there - Iain here - below is more detailed information about the interior lighting used in your QC studio...(not QCB garden studio the lighting for which I discuss here.)
The LED units are 7 watt Aurora units (very cheap to run) with dimmable capability.
They develop a brightness of 435 lumens and have a temperature of 4000k which is classed as a "warm" light.
They have a 40 degree spread and comply for air leakage, acoustics, fire, and energy saving.
They are actually compliant with L1 and L2 "conservation of fuel and power" which is good news for the planet.
If you register with Aurora, they give you a 5 year, 40,000 hour extended warranty where Aurora undertake to repair or replace free of charge either the whole or any part of the product that Aurora deems to be defective as a result of a material or manufacturing fault.
To get the 5 year guarantee, the registration can be completed online (see my video at the bottom of this page)
Their details are Aurora Ltd, 16 Alban Park, Hatfield Road, St Albans, Hertfordshire, AL4 0JJ. Their email address is info@auroralighting.com and phone number is 01727 836611.
They are the latest design using technology from space travel as discussed in this video...
I discuss how to register the extended guarantee for your aurora lights in this video...
The web address for your QC6 and QC7 garden studio interior lighting registartion is here...
and the product code for your garden studio light is AU-FRLD711
Hope this helps.

Hi Iain,
Just a few words about the excellent studio I brought from you back in October 2011. At the time I thought it was quite a large investment for my business. As you know we are moving home soon, and the size of the office I have will not work well in our new garden.
So I made the reluctant decision to sell the studio. Fortunately after your email to your database of users, I had several interested and in fact had two people offering me the full asking price for the studio - one before he had even seen it. Sadly I had to decline one of the offers, but to me that speaks volumes of the re-sell value of a booths studio should your circumstances change, like mine have.
The studio has been home to me and my business for 7 years, and I would guess the rental on even a desk in a managed studio would be prohibitively expensive in comparison. And that money would be gone. I have retained an asset for my business that has a resale value and will help fund the purchase of a new studio.
I will be buying a new smaller studio in the coming months once I am in my new home, but my decision to buy a studio from booths was an excellent one. Thanks so much.
