Regarding insulation for your garden office - as well as the "A" rated double glazed windows which are equivalent to triple glazing, the QCB garden office uses 90mm thick ecotherm within the floor and ceiling and 90mm of Actis insulation in the walls. If you are shopping round for garden offices, make sure you ask the other suppliers how thick their insulation is - it matters!

I discuss the insulation in the video below...

Ecotherm insulation consists of a 9cm polyisocyanurate (PIR) core with aluminium foil coating on the top and bottom.

It is extremely dense and the most efficient way of providing effective insulation to keep your garden office warm in the winter and cool in the summer.

Do note that if your garden windows are south facing and receive full sunshine in the summer it is advisable to install an air conditioning unit for it's cooling feature. If your garden office windows are facing north, then you probably won't need the cooling aspect of an air conditioner.

(I have a video discussing how to tell which way your garden office windows will be facing - just let me know if you'd like to see it.)

In the video below I discuss the fact that your QCB garden office is portable. This gives it many advantages - you can take it with you if you move home, or you could even sell it if your circumstances change since demand for used QC studios is very high...(we can sell it for you.)...

In the video below I discuss some of the optional extras which your QCB garden office can have.

Please note that we now include for free blinds on every window and 2 outside pillar llights with PIR movement sensors so that they light your way in the dark...

UPDATE: RECESSED BLINDS AND OUTSIDE LIGHTS ALL NOW INCLUDED IN THE PRICE!
