If you are interested I'd advise moving quickly as with this saving it will sell very quickly.

We have a customer, Christine, who is seling her 24' x 8' Garden Annexe...(please note that it doesn not have a kitchen, although we could add a kitchen if required.)...
It was installed in July 2019 so is 4 years old. It's in good condition. I have more photographs which I, or Christine, can email you.

The move and reinstallation costs are payable to Booths before the move.
As a guide, please allow about £12,000 inc VAT, for the studio dismantling, move and reinstallation. This includes the groundworks at your site, getting a water supply to the annexe and getting waste away to your nearest drain. We would need to do a site visit to confirm an accurate price for you.
The cost of this annexe new is £55,000 so you would be making a very large saving.

Having lived in the annexe for just over one year, spending weeks with my daughter and family so usage minimum.
Due to my sister having a stroke and living in Lancashire I am relocating there so therefore the sale of the annexe.

A rare opportunity to purchase a large Booths maintenance free L shaped garden studio.
This large studio is designed to be lived in with plenty of room including kitchen, shower room, living area and bedroom includes a large decking area with outside lighting.
