I have a used 20' x 8' QCB garden office available for sale for you.
It's just over a year old and in excellent condition as it was installed in a factory away from the weather so it's virtually as new.
The studio is presently in Liverpool so ideally anywhere between Liverpool and PE8 5AS would help reduce the moving costs. Your site just needs to be clear of any trees and bushes and we can install your studio. It is available to be installed on Thursday 31st October as that is when the existing contract ends.

We have been using the studio for a Marketing Office but our 2 year lease is ending in July. We used the studio to successfully market premium retirement homes on the south coast which have all been sold so we now need to move the studio.
The inside is lined with marketing boards which will be removed.
The studio comes with the A/C unit and is available from the 8th July 2019. It is located in Locksheath Shopping Centre, Hampshire and cost £19808.08 when purchased 2 years ago.

This QC6 was installed in a school at Didcot OX11 7AF but they now need to sell it.
It's in fantastic condition as it's only 18 months old.
The garden office was used as a reading room for children so didn't have anything fitted inside...

"I am having to sell my beloved garden studio (15' x 9') which I use for my soft furnishing business after only having it installed in October 2014 ( I am moving aboard). I is currently built into the slope, but can be on flat ground.
It is incredibly cosy, and offers great natural light due to one whole side being glass. It has double doors for easy access ( something I needed for large pieces of furniture I may be working on) and one tilting window. I have installed a wooden plinth across the top of the windows to allow a curtain rail to be fitted (I have one ready to fit).
It also has a top of the range oil filled heater that is incredibly efficient.
In total I have spent £14,000 but I am willing to accept £9,750.
