Update on QCB Garden Annexe Specification

okay I'm here with Alex Alex you have a slightly different layout for the kitchen yes we've changed the kitchen because we used the kitchen as you know we've got our own studio and we went down and used it and the main problem I found was doing the dishes because you know the action of dirty dishes who the Musa where was the sink because of the Muslim I guess is in the middle isn't it yeah we had to sink in the corner we chose to simply find sink the difficult thing is finding these things yeah there's sourcing them so once you do saw some you gotta make sure it's a reliable source so we found this think it's a small thing but fits in a 400 cupboard that leaves it's a 600 space here which is required so if you want to put an oven or a fridge freezer or dishwasher or a washing machine we've got - 600 - 600 spaces and then this end here we've got another 600 space there's nice things to come that fit in six hundreds were with gave you three 600 paces move the sink to the middle these are IKEA brain always you can get a couple of these if you want so you can wash your dishes and then put them away to preparation right a little easier again the white gloss units and the gray work these are all designed around quickness okay so fast we database all the work is done here so this is all done as one piece arrives in a pallet so we could fit the kitchen in a couple of hours more importantly we can take the kitchen out in a couple of hours yeah and put it somewhere else if you if you chose to yeah so it comes with everything sockets that's the extractor fan yeah there's a light under here I said this cupboard would always be there but you've got the choice of these or not these the tower always comes on a certain size kitchen if you went for the 1900 kitchen if you were buying a to me you would just you wouldn't have this covered you just have you fridge work you microwave this you run yeah okay no that's fantastic thank you very small kitchen I mean I would say we've got one of these and those covers the shelvings adjustable yeah space for a kitchen you could have a fridge freezer here or afraid to me for our purpose it's a suicide we're just gone for the fridge because we just want milk for when people come to visit with you yeah you don't need to freeze a bit of it yeah yeah well just to reiterate I actually think the the sink in the middle looks great I think it's fine it fears Martin yeah having a bit of space to the left and to the right of the sink so you're taking dirty dishes washing okay yeah yeah right I think that's it wasn't it so yeah and the other thing I did one that just clarify so you're saying that that covered on the left yeah and this covered on the right before they could be swapped instead of being cupboards they could be a dishwasher or machine tumble dryer I wouldn't recommend a couple dryer and yeah but there's flexibility there yes so you can you could have microwave oven built-in fridge freezer if you want to use that space of something else washing machine dishwasher yeah all your appliances you could fit in yes the sacrifice cupboard space as we said there's a lot anyway plenty of cupboard space anyway yeah great okay that's fantastic thank you

I'm here with Alex and you're showing me the shower door yes so we would just have a curve which is handy if you were slightly disabled and struggling for space this is there because the opening isn't huge it's big enough I'm a nice guy and you know it's easy for me too but if you were disabled and you want the wheelchair access you know and you can get a wheelchair through here as we know with you and you want to maybe help somebody in the shower and you would go back to the shall occur and would make more sense just because it would give you will yes but I think that customers were saying is the control of war over the shower door you know where the water is the shower tray you know they share code and it can flap open yeah camera move moving to the onto the floor but obviously the floors waterproof it's just weather that's irritating to you but if you need to shower somebody or the access is important that's right okay brilliant thank you

and you were going to show me the bedroom in the annex Alec yeah did you know what we're using ideas furniture finding ideas furniture sizes so we've adapted our building slightly to suit my kia sizes because they do they seem to all people working six 300 600 1200 in the kitchen industry the IKEA seems to work more in you 400 800 1200 okay they do 400 cupboards and 800 the famous Billy bookshelf which products apparently changed the world and they're making one every 16 seconds it's ridiculous but we designed the studio around the fact that you could fit a billy bookshelf in here bunkers are so cheap and they so accommodating but staying with the furniture like is furnishing solid we just can't knock the price of it so I'm going to try and compete with them so we've designed the building so as you can see in here you've got Chester drawers wardrobe wardrobe over here that door out the way and the bed yeah that's about the king IKEA and Wharf speed and we just ordered to Versailles cabinets right side of the bed right which basically is the same design as that right they'll sit there all right okay great that's lovely thank you
