8 meters internally fall into the Caravan act you can go 36 foot so that would be immense yeah be huge that would be uh this twice and another forefoot so you could have this big massive room twice so you could have this there's your bedroom ensuite area and then you could have that as your Lounge kitchen yeah area which would be which would be big yeah okay excellent now that's fantastic thank you for that little talk

you see in here from Booth's Garden studios and I'm just filming the first ever five meter by five meter studio flat that Alex has just designed and we're all really excited about it um it just feels really really good inside very spacious considering it's small size um so yeah I'm just doing some videos about about it all and if you're new to booths you might not know that all of our studios are actually cloaked in steel there's no Timber anywhere if I I'll try and show you close-up of the steel essentially plastic coated leather embossed galvanized steel and the wonderful thing about it is you don't have to look after it you don't have to paint or stain it for 25 years so yeah we moved on from Timber buildings for nearly 10 years ago now as Alex said it just seemed a bit silly supplying a product which people would have to look after and if you don't look after Timber then it ends up looking very Tatty after a few years um so yeah that's uh a huge plus of these buildings so there's some more videos about this brand new studio flat if you uh if you scroll to the next video thank you

as well as the exterior being plastic coated leather embossed galvanized steel which you don't have to paint or stain for 25 years another big plus of that product or the fact that we use that material is that we can install really really tight in a in a garden so say you need to get really close to a hedge or a fence we can literally get within two inches of of your boundaries and the reason is that we don't need any access because you don't have to paint or stain it so as I say we can get really really tight to your boundaries

it wasn't too good to be true but that was the real thing for me the fact that we didn't need planning permission because that can take forever oh can't it you know and I know that's a reason why you do these see that's what I mean and we didn't have that we didn't want to wait around did we I know my sister-in-law she had an extension built on her daughter's house and it took her a year just to get planning yeah and that's a long time it's too long and you know thankfully when Mom and Dad did sell it was when the housing market was Bo in and they got the pest price they could for their house yeah and um you know if it had been now it have probably been a different story you so they sold very quickly um and literally my dad had the stroke in the September and in the in the may they were moved in here yeah it's a situation like this you just need the best solution the quick quickest solution um which you guys and you didn't you didn't visit any Studios you didn't visit our Factory we tried to visit a studio but it was during the co time okay so it was really difficult so we just had to bite the bullet how long have you had this judio um it it's just been 18 months now yeah yeah yeah so it's been up for 18 months it's exactly the same set out as the one in our show room we got bed the shelves everything really everything is exactly the same yeah cuz sometimes people have them different we just been to one that was totally different yeah so and they set it up different yeah yeah but that was another pull for me because I've got a daughter who was 21 but she's got learning difficulties okay so for her this will be ideal cuz she'll have her independence but we'll be you know so that was another issue for us and when Family come now like my sister came down last weekend they stay in here so you know and Mom comes and sleeps up there and they've got this at night they do their own cooking make their own tea dependent AR they okay so that's what we out get rid of them but I just love it we all everybody it don't everybody loves it yeah I mean that's uh is one of the things we work hard at them you job you do and your guys I couldn't F them they worked so hard and they literally worked till half 10 half n 10:00 at night to get it done you know I couldn't F them at all they were really really helpful and jolly and pleasure to have around you know good we work you know that's important to us it's not just all right you know we're not just you look after them and they look after us that's what they said they did say that yeah you know we take care there they make a break a company oh without doubt you can't do it on your own so it's very important to us Brant they the only issue we had and that wasn't your guys fault at all is we had to have the patio taken up obviously for the groundworks okay and we could not find anyone could we for months to put that patio back we just did a video about that didn't we did you cuz we do a temporary path right that you can run down the garden and I was saying to Ian that this temporary path just allows you to so you can un roll it cuz it's hard I'm a builder it's hard work so you know just getting hold of a builder yeah that's the trouble we had and then the job wasn't big enough so no one wanted to do it you know so that was up for about three months that did we do your drainage yeah oh gosh yeah and you'll be doing it next time yeah well we have Tom at that time don't think we not sure we did no there were a couple of I think they were they were European guys that be Vinnie oh Vinnie they really worked hard I mean they still younger guy and an older guy yeah um yeah they may yeah you've been here in they were amazing that was done in about three or four days I think Grand yeah so just to clarify then you've been here 18 months but you're moving and this is going with you it is coming with us yet so um yeah we we had a few issues not because we first what we wanted to do is put it in storage and you guys were trying to help us with that but it was sort of becoming a bit of an issue really with the expense and where we were going to store it and everything so um I think it was your idea I think it was did you pH me in or was it someone else it was it me or Damian yeah might have been Daman and he said Alex has had a really good idea see if you can leave it there and ask the new owners and I thought okay it's good idea so I actually got her number from the solicitor because I didn't want to go through solicitors to and and fr in so I phoned her directly and she was like she's a conveyancer anyway all right so she just said as long as everything's done legally we'll get a letter yeah so um yeah so we've that's going to save you a lot of money and a lot of H definitely definitely you know and um yeah so that's what we're going to do we're going to take it with us okay the hopefully we won't be moving again so it's going to the Whirl yeah understand got Grand there as well will help yeah yeah but the boys are coming up as well they've moved out but they're all coming up to the wh with us are they yeah cuz they're renting rooms down here so expensive like £700 a month for one room not even that size yeah and up up in the whel they can literally get their own place they can get a flat for £500 a month so we're they all can't get rid of them they F me up there don't don't really make sense does it that cost ridiculous you know that's why you know these These are popular in and around this area yeah I mean you could rent this for like £1,200 a month you know not that I would but it's an option you know so you have so many options with them yeah but no we love it don't we well family love it as well it and people that walk past always stopping me because it went up so quickly they just went oh where did that come from did any of your neighbors comment on it not badly just very very positive but they're great the neighbors are all really really great you've been I've been in any years yeah but no no problems with neighbors nothing good all not at all no so do a walk up the garden yeah of course and if you want to go outside as well and do it from the field you want to have a look from there yeah I've got a side entrance if you want to thank you for that that's it's good to hear the customers side of events you always get more if I could give you more than five stars I would literally that's that's lovely of you to say and this was really nice to have it's a lovely Outlook isn't it yeah we sold it the first day it went on the market did you yeah so you could have charged more well we got a lot more than we wanted did yeah we had a bit of a bidding war going on so we were very fortunate yeah and loads of people commented on this as well cuz I was hiding in there with Mom when they were coming you could hear all the comments going wow look at that yeah but we just sort of I didn't want to take the risk of trying to sell it with the property cuz I think it would have maybe a lot of people may not have been able to afford it especially around this area very expensive London's expensive yeah you know what I mean and then we would have had the issue of trying to find a place big enough for mom as well with an Annex so I just thought take it yeah just take it it's much better IDE you

Hi, my name's Debbie and I live in the Whirl um which is up in between Liverpool and Chester. This is the L-shaped tanics which we had put in for my mom. We actually had it put in when we lived in South London when my dad was still with us but he sadly passed away couple of years ago.

So we actually brought Yanx up here with us when we moved up here um a few months after we'd lost dad. So that's another amazing thing about boobs. You can actually take these with you wherever you want to live.

Um as you can see it's the L-shaped with the lovely decking outside and you can put pot plants out here and have your parasol up. It just fits in so well in the garden. And that's the view that mom has from outside the annics.

So, as we go in, as you can see, you come straight into the lounge area. Let me just say as well how amazing the air conditioning is. It's 30° here today and it is so cold in here.

The whole family actually could do with coming down here and just to keep cool. Um so yeah, here we have the um dining area here. So we bought mom one of those little fold up tables which works brilliantly as well in here cuz you can just put it out when you need to eat and then put it back down again.

Um and there we have the little kitchen area. It's a great place here for a standard fridge freezer. Mom's just got a little one with a microwave on there as you can see.

And she uses an air fryer um as well. So there we have it here. She absolutely loves it in here.

And it's perfect for us because she's literally in our garden, but she's totally independent and we can pop in whenever she can pop up and see us. Here we have the shower room, which again, my mom said is this is the best shower she's ever had. Um just loves it.

So easy to keep clean. Just everything's so practical with boobs. They think of everything.

They put these these in as standard. Um, yeah, sorry. These these just come in as standard, which are great cuz they work as grabb rails as well as um towel rails.

So, it's just brilliant the way they do that as well. Um, just gives you peace of mind really. And what we've also done is we have an Alexa um in the main house and mom has one also in here.

Don't know where she's put it, but anyway, it's in here. So, for instance, when we had really bad weather, we couldn't get down to the annex, even though it's only a few feet away. The ice was really bad.

So, we couldn't actually get to the annex, so we can just go through on the Alexa and make sure mom's okay. If she needs anything, she can get through to us. And it's just another safety issue really if if you're worried about your elderly parents if they're if they're um with you or you can use them for teenagers.

They've just got so many uses. So, this is the bedroom. Um, they have these great blinds as well, which you can do this with.

Um, you know, if you can get it in a really nice spot in the garden, and give them a lovely view, like you could see here, mom's got a really, it's very private. She's got a lovely little view there. She can sort of have her plants out, and it's sort of like their own little where they can just be be where they want to be and know that they've got their family on call for them as well.

So yeah, we've had an absolutely amazing experience with birds both times when they put it up in South London and when they put it up here, it literally came down in a day in South London and they brought it up the next day and they put it up here in two days. So that's how quick they can do it. and all the drainage is done the week before.

The guys that do that are absolutely phenomenal as well. Uh there's nothing they can't do for you and they won't do for you. And it's not just a business for booze.

They literally do care about their customers so so much. So I could would give them five stars all the day, every day of the week. You know, they're amazing.

I cannot fault them. They're the best company I've ever dealt with for anything at all. So yeah.

So that's the L shape there. I'll just show you again outside um what it looked like. This is my little garden.
