Emma, a psychotherapist, commissioned a fully independent 15' x 12' QC6 studio designed for a cosy, homely feel that helps clients relax.
Emma, a psychotherapist, commissioned a fully independent 15’ x 12’ QC6 garden office complete with integrated facilities for her practice. Her priority was creating “a cozy comfortable homely feel” so clients can relax quickly when they arrive.
The space includes a small kitchen, a 4’6” x 3’ toilet cubicle with a fanlight window and extractor fan, and comfortable seating areas designed for therapeutic sessions.
Additional features include a 3-foot flyover roof, external motion-sensor pillar lights, interior downlights, and a concealed air conditioning unit. The result is a space that balances professional functionality with the warmth and privacy a therapy practice needs.

okay I'm here with Alex and we'll come to visit another studio Alex was do you know the story here at all what size is this 15:12 that's four and a half meters by and she's got the fly over but not the decking no it's a toilet that is it yes so she's obviously our people in here and make them a nice cup of tea so no reason to come in the house at all then tell her customers no okay thank you for that

so can you show me around Emma's kitchen yeah she's got the sink here under here is a water heater I don't if you can see that water heater yeah so that's the water heater and that's that's instantaneous hot water so it works like a shower so the water's coming through it and as the water comes through it it's being heated and that's feeding this sink here and the sink next door in and the toilet all right I see toilet area so that'll feed that as you can see Emma a sink and kitchen area just I think so she can just make a clients cup of tea yeah and a cup of coffee and then tidy up and the finished which is what she's got here yeah no it looks lovely

so looking at Emma's uh toilet here then Alex it's it's quite a bit larger than we often do is it 3ot with 3T or 6t by 3 foot normally we would normally go that size to keep everything compact if you not got the space obviously taking up this is taken up quite an area inside the studio but and it's got the space to build a big studio so this is 1350 uh about 4 and 1/2t by 18800 two panels by six foot six foot so it's quite it is large but as you can see it's very and and she's using this as a cloak room so obviously when people come in they can hang their coat up there and uh it's perfect isn't it yeah it is lovely it's a lovely size and the the big tree yeah it's nice touch it's nice touch isn't it yeah okay that's great and again you know being back to Studio as you know we put a cat of paint on it and they've uh they've put their secondary coat of paint on it and it's been really well done yeah very impressed lovely
