Kingsland Primary's classroom — replacing rotten timber
QC6 Garden Studio 18' x 12' (5460mm x 3640mm)
Kingsland Primary School replaced a failing timber classroom with a zero-maintenance QC6 garden studio positioned beside the patio.
Kingsland Primary School needed to replace an ageing timber classroom that had deteriorated and was no longer fit for use in winter. They chose an 18’ x 12’ QC6 garden studio as the modern, durable replacement.
The new studio was strategically positioned right beside the patio, preserving the rest of the outdoor space for other activities. This flexible placement was possible thanks to Booths’ independently adjustable concrete footer system, which allowed the building to sit close to the existing hard standing without major groundworks.
For a school with tight space and a maintenance budget to protect, the key benefit is that the building is completely zero maintenance — a modern classroom solution that works year-round and won’t rot or need repainting.
