Maria's L-shape annexe in Luton

okay I'm here with Alex and Maria and we're in your NX very kindly let us come and have a look how long how's it going it's fantastic holiday home in intake ok so and your parents are in the house is that correct yeah yeah the whole point of this is actually and because they stop very elderly is to give them some support my two sisters with a 1 and so on the only one of us winning here right so decision was made and did you tell you the idea of them staying out here or did you know yeah you knew it could have been for you in the house 61 years and they're quite there ok because it's fairly good age 18 19 20 but saying this yeah I think that is the nice thing you are we had Irene in the dark emphatically [Music] we could take care of her they have always got as much time when I was in Kaleigh and by the time we get home so the dogs out and it certainly is winter as well you know it's harder for me to go out yeah to come here and then go back home again and like anything I'd say another front room with them and then get settled down yeah time to get up getting out can't drive that come to two seconds yeah I'm always on call so if they need me tonight doesn't matter they got a way of contacting you out here oh right you know you can do that too you ran all right okay you change it what you can do is put another lecture in house right so if um say Alexa cool yeah yeah we'll call you so it can be an intercom system what that means is the mom and dad if we're in distress don't have to find them on well don't ask funny glasses yeah they can just show ya and then just yeah call Maria will ya then you know you can just saying that that's enough it's not calling you help all these are the technical help yeah wonderful it works for you that's what that's what we is away I want it to work for everybody it's gonna work for the citizens well when you met them yeah yeah what an enthusiastic you don't think it things done brillante they're all approachable yep very professional well there wasn't any a time when I yeah frightened or uncomfortable yeah that's just they were just friendly this bday guys just doing their job and they did it very well actually others and it was quick laughing yeah was expected as well yeah it's nice taking the pictures into the three days of how much they've done meet you know it was just amazing yeah they just got fantastic attitude all of them yeah

and when you were looking at annexes Maria would we did you look at other options I did yeah I've looked at the wooden type so like a log cabin that's right yeah and also brick-built right consider that as well and there was also another similar type of building and a company a company much more than a court now but that she was going through and then fairly soon before they were due to start they backed out the back town the back town okay so do it so I then got back on the internet I found you guys right now wish I'd have found you first right

it's just talking about you've got the flyover Maria because we the studio we just visited the lady hadn't got it and she said oh we're really handy to have a canopy over the door so that when I come in the rain so you have it and it's a nice post oh all right yeah yeah just some little Christmasy light when it rains it's great because it's long enough to be dry by the door so it's not like a smoke canopy it's quite a long camping right and so when it rains it doesn't get to where my door is so it's nice and dry yeah and South even sort popped out while it's raining stood outside the door because it's sometimes nice to be a mystery I keep going yeah it's nice yeah so what you're just showing me in the fly over quickly onyx oh this poor [ __ ] fly over this one so it's got one support post yeah and and you were saying these can be fitted retrospective yeah they don't have to go alright yes there's just just a continuation of the building yeah yeah okay so it's got its own independent drainage system basically I say that although they're all level what you've got is it all different roof slope in different ways to their own down pipes right it's how we keep it low and disperse all the water under the building yeah it was well that's weird isn't it today we've got you'll enter who wants that yeah and we've come to Maria she's got it and she loves it yeah thanks man you can see what all right thank you

I'm here with Alex and we've come to Maria's annex when Leuven an l-shape studio fear maria similar to what we have the people wanted to come back and look at the parents so rather than the parents move into a studio Maria's moved back home and she's living in the studio so the parents are announced yeah got a couple of dogs that she keeps in the studio with them big enough and this is actually down a slope isn't it good and in the garden so it's it's barely noticeable yeah Maria's happy fly over the deccan great give me a quick tour of the place Mitali lot people are putting these dates so that can pull out and be a double bed Maria son got married a couple of weeks ago she said she had four people sleeping in here so that pulls out with a bed and there is the back there I think this is quite nice but she's got captain the pools across okay so it's the grandchildren stay she can go up and go toilet I'm not disturb them right now she's got a telly in their bedroom so she's got a little table there kitchen in the kitchen we know well with the boiler covered the toilet the basin the shower revita the fan fun's on doing its job and she's put wallpaper up that looks nice that's a nice touch I haven't seen any with ball papers is that fits well doesn't it excellent thank you

one last thing yes Maria you run about the AC the AC air conditioning which you've got over here positioned over here but you were saying in the summer it was for the Ducks yeah because it was just brilliantly cool it was and what I do at the moment because turning quite chilly at night I turned the one in the bedroom reform okay coming here snuggle up a bit and then the room is beautiful and the bathroom one there's a little heater in the bathroom that's fab as well yes before I'm a show-off goes and then have a cup of tea go in there it's comfortable yes nothin good anyways no no what I would have done without actually the aircon yes well while it's factored there a heater an Akula that's what's fantastic about them so the extremities they're brilliant yeah that's right yeah okay thank you
