We are crazy busy! - we sold £9.6 million of garden studios last year - that's a lot of garden studios.

When I look at other suppliers websites they avoid talking about the thickness of the insulation they use. I emailed one supplier and they said they only use 50mm of rockwool and their garden room was more expensive than the QCB. If you are looking at other suppliers, make sure you ask how thick their insulation is.
3. YOUR QCB GARDEN OFFICE HAS FULL LENGTH WINDOWS ACROSS ALL OF ITS FRONTAGE.
As well as giving lots of lovely uplifting daylight into your garden office - full length windows across the front look fantastic. Suppliers often reduce the amount of windows on a garden office because windows are expensive - walls are roughly half the cost of windows.
4. Your QCB GARDEN OFFICE HAS "A" RATED DOUBLE GLAZING EQUIVALENT TO TRIPLE GLAZING.
The "A" rating is the highest rating for double glazing - you can't get a higher spec window.
5. THE EXPENSE OF A CONCRETE FOUNDATION IS NOT REQUIRED.
Your QCB garden office has adjustable concrete feet which means you avoid the cost and inconvenience of having to install a very polluting concrete base.
This also means if you move home you can easily take your QCB with you to a new site, even if the new garden has a slope.
Your QCB can also be easily installed on an existing concrete base.
6. YOUR QCB GARDEN OFFICE IS PORTABLE
This means if you move home you can take your asset with you, or if your circumstances change, you can sell it on to a third party - there is huge demand for our second hand garden studios as you can see by clicking here.

P.P.S. Alex is busy working on a standardised QCB garden annexe which will be a more affordable annexe for your parents or teenagers to live comfortable and secure within walking distance of your home.
It will also be portable so if you ever move house, you can take it with you, or if your circumstances change, you can sell it on.
Spending £30-£50k on anything is a big decision so knowing you can recover a large portion of that if your circumstances change, is a huge plus.
